Cancellation policy

48 hour notice

We ask that clients reschedule or cancel 48 hours before their scheduled appointment (start time). If a client notifies us with less than 48 hours notice, they will inquire a fee dependent on the service booked.

No show

If a client does not show up for their appointment you will be charged for the service booked and you will no longer be able to book an appointment at Blade and Feather

Microblading clients

If a client does not show up to their microblading perfecting appointment, cancels, or reschedules under 48 hours of their appointment, a $50 fee will be charged. A clients perfecting session is included in the total price of their microblading service.

10 minutes late

If a client is more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, they are required to reschedule and will inquire a fee dependent on the service booked.
